Integrative Mind Specialist
Life coaching is very similar to 1:1 Mentoring in its approach, however Life Coaching is short term and more structured in nature. It focuses on specific immediate areas/issues of development, targets specific work related skills, and focuses on high performance. It works on improving skills and raising competence, although it may also have an impact on an individual’s personal attributes, confidence or social interaction. Life coaching is working collaboratively with individuals to help them solve their own problems and improve their own performance.
We all have the answers to our problems, sometimes we just need a little help to unlock them.
At Evoke Resilience, I use some of the world’s most powerful human change technologies and techniques such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP); Motivational Mapping; Time Line Therapy; Thought Field Therapy (TFT); Hypnosis; Mindfulness/Meditation and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you unlock your answers, identify areas of development, experiment with new ways of working and see things from a new perspective.
